NIkon D5100 help? Folder?

So I was wondering if I make a locked folder ON my camera? I'm going out with some friends and taking my camera and I don't want them going through and looking at my photos. Is there a way i can lock them in a folder or something?

What you should be doing is copying all your image files to your computer at the end of each day. Once they are safely on your computer, you should be formatting your card using the format feature on your camera. This needs to be done at the end of each shooting day.

OR just use a different freshly formatted memory card

Memory cards are NOT permanent storage devices and should not used as such.
