Usually Youtube supports. MOV files. I don't know why it is not working with you.

Try converting the file to a more popular format. You can convert it online using
www.online-convert.com
www.mediaconverter.org
www.freefileconvert.com

And if the File is bit large I prefer you use a Free software such as Format Factory to do the conversion. Hope this helps

Download software format factory and then convert it to mp4 and then upload it. Or download this

Here is a list of some well-known formats that YouTube supports:

WebM files - Vp8 video codec and Vorbis Audio codecs.MPEG4, 3GPP and MOV files - Typically supporting h264, mpeg4 video codecs, and AAC audio codec.AVI - Many cameras output this format - typically the video codec is MJPEG and audio is PCM.MPEGPS - Typically supporting MPEG2 video codec and MP2 audio.WMV.FLV - Adobe-FLV1 video codec, MP3 audio

So what you need to do is convert the. MOV file to other video formats.
I recommend you to use Moyea Video4Web Converter.
It can convert your videos and help you upload videos to YouTube.
