How to remove a settings screen from LCD on Nikon D80?

Ok, I don't know how it appeared so I can't turn it off. I've tried everything. I'm not sure what to call it but it comes on everytime I try to view photos. I'll describe the screen that appears, please help!

color, hue

ok, it looks like the above, everything listed down the LCD covering the entire picture.
So how do I remove it?

You may be pressing the wrong side of the Multi-selector (page 3)
