Good New Camera/Camcorder for me?

I currently have the Canon Powershot SX500 IS, which is a fine camera. I also have the Nikon D70S, but that doesn't shoot video. I need a good camcorder OR camera, with a LCD monitor that flips out, so I can see myself in the videos I'm filming. (I shoot videos for youtube, and I need to SEE myself in the frame.) Please help, it can't be over $500!
