FPS, Frame Rate or Resolution?

Added (1). My Panasonic SDR-H60P/PC has resolution of 704x480 but has 30 FPS.
My Nikon D90 has resolution of 1280x720 but only has 24 FPS.

Which is better to use, resolution or FPS?

"Frames per second" and "feet per second" and "first person shooter".

What do you want to use the monitors for?

Higher rez… Better quality…

The FPS difference here is basically negligible. So go with the Nikon.
