DSLR HD Movie? Having problem transferring movie to PC?

I shot an HD 1080 video with my DSLR Nikon D5100. The size is 2GB. However the problem is that I'm not being able to transfer it to my pc. I connected the usb cable and tried transferring through Nikon Transfer software but couldn't. I then tried directly copy-pasting the movie but after a while pasting completed but the file size on pc showed 0 bytes. I'm just not being able to transfer.

Can somebody help me out please?

Added (1). The memory card is the one I got with the package. The video plays fine in the camera though. Any way out?

If you have already tried using your computer's file manager to transfer manually and it failed, the video file in the memory card may have errors in it. It may be due to a bad memory card or an error in file saving by the camera's software. There's nothing else you can do.
