I don't think it does.

As a camera for photography enthusiasts it doesn't come with effects or gimmicks like that. The people whom it is aimed at do such things in serious photo editing software such as photoshop, and hence have no need for them in the camera.

Methinks there are a few filter effects such as sepia available in the camera, but i never used any of them.

If you want silly effects you either have to go way downmarket to the entry level models or to sony. The D90 is aimed at the serious amateur and they do things like that in post processing on the computer.

The D90 has the following functions in it's on-camera processing:

D-lighting (shadow enhancement)
Red eye correction
Trim
Monochrome
Filter Effects - (skylight, warm, red - green - blue intensifier, cross screen/star)
Color Balance
Small picture
Image overlay (superimpose one image over the other)
RAW conversion
Quick Retouch
Straighten
Distortion Control
Fisheye

Those options do not include selective color, but that is easily done in most post processing software. At any rate, I have never used these options on my D90 as I do all of that kind of thing in Photoshop Lightroom.

I would not base my decision whether or not to buy a D90 based on whether or not it can process selective color.
