Can you use a Yongnuo yn-568ex on a Nikon d70s? - 2

I wanted to know if this flash supports HIGH SPEED SYNC on this camera? I like shooting family portraits outside but hate the look without fill in flash. Anybody know?

I believe the D70/D70s (as well as the D40) have a hybrid shutter (ie focal plane shutter at below 1/250 sec & electronic shutter above this), so can actually sync at any speed without the need for Nikon's FP sync (high speed sync).
