No. You can use an adapter to us a Nikon mount lens on a Canon, but not the other way around.

Not easily, and it isn't worth the trouble.

Not only do you lose aperture control and autofocus, but Nikons notoriously narrow lens throat - compared to Canon's deliberately wide one - mean that any adapter has to include a corrective element, which does terrible things to image quality.

Just buy the lens with the correct lens mount.

Visit KEH.com and look for any Sigma lenses you may want which have a Nikon mount

Not worth it. Sell the lens and use the money to buy a Nikon version.

Even if you can find a so-called adaptor, it will not make the lens work fully on a different brand of DSLR, and image quality will be worse. Never worth the hassle. Only buy lenses intended for the camera you have.
