Can you set the exposure mode on a Nikon 1 J2?

Guest
I got an adapter to attach some of my mums old lenses to my Nikon 1 J2, it fits really nicely but I can't take pictures with it unless I set the camera to manual. I know that on the V1 you go to menu/ exposure mode/ manual but on the J2 I can't seem to find it?

If the lenses are manual focus, they may only work in manual - Nikon's entry-level DSLRs can't meter with MF lenses.

Like Andrew said, Put it in Manual mode if the lens is manual, the exposure setting will be relatively easy to find, always refer to your owners manual first.
