Not just any camera but with most camera's you can buy a mount converter that lets you take a lens made for a different brand and place it on the camera you are using. For an example normally a Cannon camera and a Nikon lens wouldn't be compatible but with that mount ring converter you can use it.

No. Sigma makes most DSLR lens models in versions for the most popular lens mounts (e.g. Pentax, Sony, Nikon, Canon), so you can probably buy the compatible model/version for your DSLR. However, if, for example, you get the Pentax version for your Nikon body it won't fit. Some can be adapted, but the adapter, if available at all, will have the problems and deficiencies that typically make adaptation to a different system more trouble than its worth.

Only if you buy a lens with your camera's mount. For instance, if you wanted one for a Canon body, you would have to make sure it had an EF-S or EF mount.

With a little duct tape you can do anything!
Of course not. Nikon, Canon, Pentax, Sony, all have different lens mounts.
