Can i take picture about my personal events on the flight?

Hi, i have a trip with my wife from tehran to dubai and after than to kuala lumpur.
i want to know is it possible to take some pictures and films from our personal event on this trip in the flight? Our airline is emirates… I can see many clips in youtube from emirates flights…
my camera is nikon D90… Can i do it?

Taking pictures and videos on flights is fine in most cases, and it doesn't matter what type of camera you own.
