Can I recover a picture from my camera?

I accidentally deleted a picture I really loved on my nikon 5100.is there any way I can get it back?

If recently erased from camera or sd-card, then yes, you would be able to recover,
if old, and memory has been re used, or over written, then maybe not,

check company of camera or Sd card and search for recovery ware,
once un deleted, re format card for camera, and test capture and download,
