Can i get an adapter to use a micro 4/3 olympus lens on my nikon 3200? Have looked on ebay but can only find ones for nikon to micro 4/3 not the other way around

NO
The lens mount flange to sensor distance is deeper on Nikon camera bodies. If you were to adapt a 4/3 Olympus lens to the Nikon, it would not be able to focus at infinity, the lens would become fully manual and you would lose about a stop in light transmission.
It is always a better idea to buy Nikkor lenses for Nikon's and Olympus lenses for Olympus cameras
