Camera Suggestion For Initial level of Photography

Please Suggest a Camera with in the budget of 165$ or Rs.7500…
Well, I'm a beginner in Photography World. I want to purchase a camera within the range of rs. 7500.
Many photographers suggested me Nikon S3300.

You should have great fun with it. 16 mp should deliver nice photos. Study artistic lighting and composition and you will then be on your way.
