In studio, we use the cameras that have the most resolution and best performing sensors.

At this time, that means we use either a Hasselblad H3D or better medium format camera or the Nikon D800E

Of the cameras you have listed, the Nikon D5200 has the best performing sensor.

You can compare the sensor performance of the Nikon and Canon camera bodies, but the Fujifilm camera sensors have yet to be tested.

When shooting products or portraits in the studio, of the three measured attributes of a camera sensor, colour depth is the most important, followed by dynamic range. Since in the studio, we can shoot at low ISO settings, low light performance is not as critical.
